I still remember the client proposal that almost didn't get sent.
A dream client, a real budget, and me at 11pm staring at a blank page. I knew the work was good. What I didn't know was how to open, what to say on the pricing page, how to close. And I knew one thing about the person reading it: they would decide in the first three seconds whether I looked like the right choice or just another option.

Why i do this
I spent over a decade in design and advertising agencies, and I saw the same thing again and again: brilliant people with real ideas, held back by not knowing how to put them into words.
